Yavuz Arıcan

General Manager

Yavuz Arıcan was born in Diyarbakır on 16.11.1968 and graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Metallurgical Engineering in 1992. He served as production chief at Söğüt Seramik between 1995-1998, as production chief and deputy manager at Ege Seramik between 1998-2004, as production manager at Graniser Seramik between 2004-2006, and as production manager at Hitit Seramik factory between 2006-2007 and production manager and factory director at Bien Seramik and Qua Granite, among the companies of Ercan Group Companies. With his high level of knowledge and experience in the production management and techniques, Yavuz Arıcan continues to serve as Vice Chairperson of Board of Directors and General Manager.

Ali Küçük

Deputy General Manager

Ali Küçük completed his associate degree at Istanbul University, Department of Forest Industry Engineering in 1986. He completed his bachelor's degree at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering with honors in 1990 and then completed his master's degree at Osmangazi University, Institute of Metallurgy in 1995. He started his business life in 1989 as a Research Personnel at Eczacıbaşı Industrial Raw Materials Ind. Trade Inc. From 1990 to 1996, he worked as a Specialist and Manager in the Ceramics and Materials Unit Management department of the General Directorate of Mineral Research and Exploration, Department of Mineral Analysis and Technology. Between 1996 and 2012, he worked at Kaleseramik Çanakkale Kalebodur Ind. A.Ş., he worked as Teknik Porcelain, R&D, P&D Manager, R&D, P&D Assistant Manager, R&D and Technology Manager, Productions Manager (Floor-Wall) and Technical Manager, R&D Center Manager (responsible for R&D, P&D, Investments, Energy, Environment, and Projects). He served as General Manager at Yurtbay Seramik San. Tic. A.Ş. between 2012-2014, President of Seramiksan SAGIM between 2014-2016, General Manager at Decovita Yatırım Ürünleri San. Tic. A.Ş. between 2016-2019, Factory Manager at Bien Yapı between 2019-2021, and Factories Manager at NG Kütahya Seramik between 2021-2024. Ali Küçük, who has extensive experience and knowledge in personal development, business development, research, development, design training, factory and system commissioning, was born in Çanakkale in 1967 and is married with two children.

Uygar Sezişer

Assistant General Manager

Uygar Sezişer received his bachelor's degree from Yıldız Technical University, Naval Building and Marine Mechanical Engineering. He started his career as a Directorate Planning and Reconnaissance Lieutenant at Gölcük Shipyard in 2004 and continued as an Operating Engineer at Gemak Shipyard between 2005-2012. Between 2012-2019, he worked at Kardemir A.Ş. as Investments Project Engineer, Advisor to the Chairman of Board of Directors and Chief Project Engineer responsible for Investments, respectively. Between 2019 and 2024, he served as General Manager at Karçel A.Ş.

Hakkı Çatman

Financial Affairs Director

Hakkı Çatman was born on 11.09.1988 in Bozüyük. He graduated from Eskisehir Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration in 2009. Having served in Euro Dekor A.S as the Deputy Accounting Manager between 2009-2011, and in Bien Seramik as Accounting Expert between 2012-2016, and having started to work in Qua Granite in 2016 as the Accounting Chef, Hakkı Çatman continues to serve as the Financial Affairs Director . Hakkı Çatman has a Certified Public Accountant license.

Hayrettin Büyükizgi

Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Director

Hayrettin Büyükizgi was born on 20.11.1979 in Istanbul. After completing his high school education at Fenerbahçe Anatolian High School, he graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics (Lectured in English) in 2001, and completed his master’s degree program in Marmara University Banking and Insurance Institute, Department of Banking in 2004. Having served as the Deputy Director of Research Department at Strateji Menkul Değerler A.Ş between 2001-2004, as Corporate Financial Manager at Nplus Daruma Finansal Danışmanlık Hizm. A.Ş., between 2004-2007, as Corporate Financial Manager at Teb Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş between 2017-2018, Hayrettin Büyükizgi has been serving as the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Director at Qua Granite Hayal Yapı ve Ürün San. Tic. A.Ş since 2018.

Akın Çakar

R&D Director

Akın Çakar was born on 12/05/1971 in Uşak and graduated from Uşak Atatürk High School Science Department in 1988 and Anadolu University Bozüyük Vocational School Ceramics Department in 1993. He worked as an R&D Technician at Hitit Seramik between 1996-2003, as R&D Chief at Graniser Seramik A.Ş. between 2003-2005, as R&D Chief and Technology Manager at Uşak Seramik between 2005-2017, as Technology Manager at Seranova Seramik between 2017-2019, as Factory Manager at Uşak Seramik between 2019-2021, and as Factory Manager at Altın Çini Seramik between 2022-2024. He has been serving as R&D Director at Qua Granit since November 2024.
