Yavuz Arıcan

General Manager

Yavuz Arıcan was born in Diyarbakır on 16.11.1968 and graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Metallurgical Engineering in 1992. He served as production chief at Söğüt Seramik between 1995-1998, as production chief and deputy manager at Ege Seramik between 1998-2004, as production manager at Graniser Seramik between 2004-2006, and as production manager at Hitit Seramik factory between 2006-2007 and production manager and factory director at Bien Seramik and İhraççı, among the companies of Ercan Family. With his high level of knowledge and experience in the production management and techniques, Yavuz Arıcan continues to serve as Vice Chairperson of Board of Directors and General Manager.

Hakkı Çatman

Financial Affairs Director

Hakkı Çatman was born on 11.09.1988 in Bozüyük. He graduated from Eskisehir Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration in 2009. Having served in Euro Dekor A.S as the Deputy Accounting Manager between 2009-2011, and in Bien Seramik as Accounting Expert between 2012-2016, and having started to work in Qua Granite in 2016 as the Accounting Chef, Hakkı Çatman continues to serve as the Financial Affairs Director . Hakkı Çatman has a Certified Public Accountant license.

Hayrettin Büyükizgi

Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Director

Hayrettin Büyükizgi was born on 20.11.1979 in Istanbul. After completing his high school education at Fenerbahçe Anatolian High School, he graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics (Lectured in English) in 2001, and completed his master’s degree program in Marmara University Banking and Insurance Institute, Department of Banking in 2004. Having served as the Deputy Director of Research Department at Strateji Menkul Değerler A.Ş between 2001-2004, as Corporate Financial Manager at Nplus Daruma Finansal Danışmanlık Hizm. A.Ş., between 2004-2007, as Corporate Financial Manager at Teb Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş between 2017-2018, Hayrettin Büyükizgi has been serving as the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Director at Qua Granite Hayal Yapı ve Ürün San. Tic. A.Ş since 2018.

Canan Güven

Technology Director

Canan Güven was born on 22.07.1967 in Ankara. She graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Chemical Engineering in 1990. Having served as Production Chief between 1991-1997, as R&D Manager between 1997-2005 in Söğüt Seramik, as Technology Manager between 2009-2011, as Technical Manager in 2012 in Uşak Seramik, and as R&D Manager in Ercan Şirketler Topluluğu between 2012-2016, Canan Güven served as the Technology Manager in the period of August 2016-2022, and has been working as the R&D Director since September 2022.

Yahya Yavuz

Purchasing Director

Yahya Yavuz was born on 12.10.1970 in Nevşehir. In 1996, he completed his undergraduate education in Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics. He started his career in 1996 as an inspector at Yay-Sat INC and then Assistant Finance Manager at Sağra INC and Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi INC Finance Manager Assist respectively. He served as Deputy General Manager of Beğendik INC and then Sales Director at Ant Gıda INC, General Manager at Yil-Pa Furniture Manufacturing Marketing CO LTD , and General Manager at Marikat Gıda Perakende INC. He is currently working as an Purchasing Director at Qua Granite.

Yasin Erdoğan

Sales Director

Yasin Erdogan was born on October 21, 1986 in Yozgat. Erdogan earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2012 after studying Business Administration at Süleyman Demirel University and Economics at Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences in Germany. Mr. Erdogan began his 15-year career as a trade marketing specialist at Turkcell; he specialized in localization, dealer campaigns, distribution channel structuring, and campaign management in the GSM sector. Later, he worked successfully for VitrA, one of the Eczacibasi Building Group companies, as a Category Specialist, Project Sales Executive, Market Development Manager, Regional Manager, Retail Marketing Manager, and Global Outsourcing Manager. He is also a manager in several non-governmental organizations and speaks English fluently. Erdogan who has senior management knowledge and experience by implementing many projects in the field of sales, marketing and supply chain in the construction and building materials sector for both domestic and foreign markets has started his job in 05.11.2022.

Seçkin Çağrıcı

Digital Channels Manager

Seçkin Çağrıcı was born on 20.06.1991 in Sivas. He specialized in Digital Marketing as a result of the websites he founded in 2006 ranked first in Google. Between the years of 2011-2020, he directly or indirectly provided SEO (Search Engine Optimization) advisory service over 35 corporate companies, mainly Milliyet, Doğuş Publishing Group, D-smart, Onedio, Obilet, Admatic, Grupfoni, Fitbull, Gruppal, Oyunkolu, Anadolu Sigorta. He graduated from Karabuk University Computer Engineering in English - Department in 2016. He started his position as a Digital Marketing Manager at Gezinomi, a subsidiary of Ercan Group of Companies in 2015, and continues as Digital Channels Manager since 2020 at Qua Granite.

Övünç Özel

Financial Director

Övünç Özel was born on 31.03.1978 in Muğla. He graduated from Muğla University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1999. He continued his duties as Sales Executive, Branch Manager, Sales and Performance Manager and Commercial Branch Manager at TC Ziraat Bank A.Ş., where he started working in 1999, and retired as of the end of 2023. Övünç Özel has been serving as Finance Director in the company since January 2024.
